The model
One company. Separate brands.
Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited develops and manages each of its businesses directly: it builds the product, makes the calls, and stays involved in running it day to day. Each business keeps its own name, its own users, and its own team, while Nitpeak remains the company actually managing it. Nitpeak doesn't franchise a playbook across lookalike products or hand the work to outside teams; the same company develops and runs all three.
