Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited is a registered private limited company in Maharashtra, India, that develops businesses from scratch and keeps managing them. It doesn't pitch ideas, hold a portfolio, or step away once something works.
The name
Where "Nitpeak" comes from
"Nit" is the first three letters of the Nitnaware family surname. "Peak" is the standard each business is held to before it's allowed to carry the Nitpeak name behind it. There's no backronym, no naming agency, just a family name and a bar to clear.
The operating model
Develop it, then keep managing it.
Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited doesn't invest in outside founders, take equity in someone else's company, or run a portfolio of bets it hopes pay off. It builds each business itself, from the first line of code, and stays involved in running it day to day after launch. There's no point where Nitpeak hands a business off to operate independently.
That's the difference between an operator and an incubator: an incubator's job ends when the business can stand on its own. Nitpeak's doesn't. All three of its businesses — Panda Tech Bytes, CareerARIA, and SAMA — were developed in-house and are still managed directly by Nitpeak today.

Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited is held by exactly two directors, Ashwin Vijay Nitnaware and Charulata Vijay Nitnaware. No outside shareholders, no investor committee, no board to route a decision through before someone can act on it. If a business Nitpeak develops works or doesn't, the answer for why sits with two named people, not a portfolio manager.
