Approach
The method, not the mood board.
Nitpeak doesn't run a portfolio of bets. It develops and manages three real businesses directly, using the same three-stage method each time, and stays accountable for all three afterward.
Stage one
Build against one workflow.
Nothing at Nitpeak starts as a general-purpose platform looking for a use case. Each business starts from one specific, narrow workflow that someone is already stuck on: tracking AI token usage across providers, getting a job application actually read, splitting a group dinner bill fairly at a partner restaurant. The first build targets that workflow only, end to end, before anything else gets added.
That's why CareerARIA shipped as a career platform, not a generic AI chatbot with a resume plugin bolted on, and why SAMA is being built around escrow-backed reservations specifically, not a general bookings app that happens to handle payments.
Stage two
Prove it with real usage.
A business doesn't earn its own brand, its own domain, or a place on this site because it looks finished in a demo. It earns that once real people are using it for the actual problem it was built for: not a closed pilot, not a friends-and-family group, not an internal test where the only user is the person who built it.
Panda Tech Bytes cleared that bar with AI Token Tracker in the hands of everyday users, not just its founder. CareerARIA is built and working, ready for job seekers in India and entry-level candidates in the US, and is going through this same proof before its public launch. SAMA is earlier still: still being built and tested before it's announced, not after.
-
→
Real users, not a headcount of one
The people using it are the people it was built for, working on their own problem, not a controlled test group.
-
→
Repeat use, not a single visit
A workflow tool has to get used more than once before it's counted as proven. A single session doesn't tell you much.
-
→
Public before it's polished, not after
We'd rather show a rough product doing real work than a polished one that's never been used.
Stage three
Manage it, don't walk away.
Proving a business doesn't end Nitpeak's involvement in it. Panda Tech Bytes is live and CareerARIA is built and ready, and both are still actively managed by Nitpeak: decisions on what ships next, how each product is run day to day, and who's accountable if something breaks all stay with Nitpeak, not a separate team it's handed the keys to.
Each business keeps its own name, its own users, and its own identity. Panda Tech Bytes and CareerARIA are both businesses Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited develops and manages directly, under their own brands, for as long as they run.
What actually gets used
One set of disciplines, three different problems.
Nitpeak isn't confined to one domain. The same underlying disciplines get applied differently depending on what a business actually needs.
Applied AI & NLP
CareerARIA's seven modules run on Google Gemini AI, tuned for resume parsing, job matching, and interview prep rather than open-ended chat.
Payments & escrow infrastructure
SAMA's reservation exchange is being built around holding and releasing funds correctly, which sets the technical bar before anything else ships.
Lightweight tools, cloud infrastructure
Panda Tech Bytes' AI tools, starting with AI Token Tracker, run cheap and fast for everyday users rather than demanding heavy compute for a small task.
Security & data
Designed in, not bolted on after a partner asks.
A business handling resumes, job applications, or escrowed payments doesn't get a security review after launch. It gets built with those constraints from the first line of code.
- Access is scoped, not shared. Only what a given service needs to function gets access to that data. Nothing is left open by default.
- Payments and funds are isolated. SAMA's escrow logic is being built as its own controlled path, separate from the rest of the product, with holding and release as the core design constraint.
- Two directors sign off, not a committee. Ashwin Vijay Nitnaware and Charulata Vijay Nitnaware are the two people accountable for how each business handles data. There's no diffusion of responsibility to route around.
For enterprise partners
Evaluating CareerARIA, SAMA, or a Panda Tech Bytes integration?
We'll walk you through the security posture and data handling for that specific business directly, before you sign anything. Not a generic deck that applies to all three.
