Directors
Two names on the incorporation. No one else.
Nitpeak Technologies Private Limited isn't run by a founder with a board behind him, or a board with a figurehead in front of it. It's two directors, no outside shareholders, and both names on record for every call the company makes.
Ashwin Nitnaware
Director, Nitpeak · Products & Operations
Ashwin is an AI product engineer with a background spanning machine learning, NLP, cloud infrastructure, and agentic systems. He holds an M.S. in Business Analytics from Oakland University, specializing in predictive analytics and AI-driven decision systems, and a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He founded Panda Tech Bytes in 2025 and led it through to ARIA and its ongoing AI market coverage. ARIA, an early agentic AI prototype from Panda Tech Bytes, has since been acquired separately by Nitpeak. He holds AWS certifications in AI and cloud practice, and his published research spans AI security and applied machine learning. At Nitpeak, he directs the company's product, engineering, and day-to-day strategy.
Charulata Nitnaware
Director, Nitpeak · Finance
Charulata once pursued higher education toward a career in civil service, aspiring to become a Collector, a path family circumstances did not allow her to complete. She spent the years that followed as a homemaker, building a household and raising a family, work that demanded its own discipline, patience, and judgment, even without a title attached to it. Decades later, she stepped into a different role: Director of a private limited company since its incorporation, with a genuine say in its direction. At Nitpeak, her focus is finance how money moves across the three businesses.
In practice
Two directors decide. A team builds.
There's no board to route a hard call through, and no third vote to break a tie. When a business under Nitpeak needs a decision, it goes to one of two people, and both are named above, not a management layer hired to represent them. The startup teams building and running each business report into that same structure, not a separate one. Fewer people to defer to on a decision means fewer places for responsibility to go missing.
How we hire
When the work needs it, not on a schedule.
We're a startup team today, and we hire when a specific business under Nitpeak genuinely needs another set of hands, not to hit a headcount plan. No quarterly hiring targets, no seats kept warm for later. If that's not open right now, it's because it isn't true yet.
